This one was great, and the final way we got to use our rainbow colour vocab chart.
My preschooler helped collect the things we needed: coloured paper from our collage materials collection, scissors and a glue stick, and set to work gluing the paper shapes onto the board. He discovered that it was difficult fishing through the colours to find each piece (especially with sticky glue-fingers), and decided to sort the colours first, like we did with the Duplo rainbow.

I'm a mummy of four with a vivid imagination, an obsession with Duplo, and an uncanny ability to assemble flat-pack furniture.
I'm also a teacher with a passion for play-based learning and an interest in the Reggio Emilia approach.
I love taking Devonshire tea, looking through heritage-listed homes and collecting Royal Albert china. But I also love jumping in muddy puddles, eating jellybeans and riding rollercoasters.
